On the eve of my 24th birthday, it is time to post another progress photo—more so a little transformation contrast, if you will.
It’s been an intense journey thus far and I’ve loved every second of it.
It wasn’t until January of 2009 that I truly started lifting and experimenting with diet. More recently though, I attribute my change to Intermittent Fasting and the Lean Gains protocol. I think I’ve come a long way—but it doesn’t end here!
